Cooks okay but the steel outer casing gets very very hot. Children would burn their hands or fingers. Also the removable pot needs bigger handles and not easy to grip with insulated oven gloves. Bad desgin but it works and at this price acceptable.
The cooker was fine but the Lid screw rusted within 6 months and leaked into my food. I attempted to change it with a stainless steel screw but the lid shattered. Even worse, I went to the tip and saw the same slow cooker with disposed of with no handle and screw on the lid.
The element in the cooker broke on the second use, with a loud crack. Tried emailing and calling customer services but no-one responds. Complete waste of money. Don't buy!!
