Remember to remove some of the flour to balance it out, or they may end up too dry. You can also make your pancakes extra fluffy by using self-raising flour or add some baking powder to your plain flour. Mix in 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt for every cup of flour you use.
