Newsletter Sign Up Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

 

These terms and conditions, together with any other document referred to herein, set out the rules of our Newsletter Sign Up Prize Draw and apply to all matters regarding the competition. Please read these terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you understand them before entering the competition and agreeing to sign up to our newsletter. We recommend that you retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Entering the competition will be deemed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

  1. This competition is promoted by CDS (Superstores International) Limited trading as The Range, a limited company registered in England under 02699203, whose registered address is at: The Range, Elsie Margaret House, William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5ZD.

 

  1. To enter, applicants must be a resident of the UK or ROI and aged 18 years or over.

 

  1. By entering this competition, applicants are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

  1. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entrants are required to enter a valid email address which indicates their agreement to receive communication through this channel.

 

  1. All information submitted by entrants must be true, current, and complete. Entrants may only enter the competition in their own name. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

 

  1. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.

 

  1. Employees of the promoter and members of their immediate family are not eligible to win the competition.

 

  1. The draws will take place on the last Friday of every third month, beginning with [31/07/2020].

 

  1. Closing dates for entry will be the last Thursday of every third month, beginning with [30/07/2020]. After midnight on this date, no further entries will be permitted for that draw. Any entries submitted after this date will be entered into the following draw.

 

  1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

 

  1. The promoter reserves the right, at their sole discretion and at any time, to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions due to unforeseeable circumstances without prior notice. Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition by the promoter via email as soon as possible and the changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.

 

  1. The winner(s) of this competition will receive a gift card to the value of one hundred pounds which can be spent in The Range’s stores. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

 

  1. The winner(s) will be chosen at random by the promoter from all entries received and verified by the promoter.

 

  1. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 28 days of the specified closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.

 

  1. The promoter will inform the winner when and where the prize can be collected/will be delivered.

 

  1. The promoter’s decision, in respect of all matters regarding the competition, will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

 

  1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material both online and in paper. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
