Is a plastic or concrete parasol base better?
The material type for a parasol base largely depends on the weight and height of the umbrella. Plastic bases offer medium stability and therefore suffice for smaller garden umbrellas. Anything over 3m circumferences may be better suited to a concrete base fo maintain balance.
