For ‘change of mind returns’, you have 28 days from receiving your item to return it to us. You can return most smaller The Range items purchased online from us to any of our stores, as long as they’re accompanied by your delivery note. This also now applies to selected Homebase and wilko products!
The Range Marketplace Partner items cannot be returned in-store. You can find out the best way to return these and view our full refund policy by visiting our refunds and returns page.
