Waste of money. Despite weights being used the feet came away from the poles and they lifted out of the weights. One side fell apart and the corner ripped as it didnt fit the frame properly. Complete waste of money.

I tried to buy this Gazebo- they charged me twice including delivery charge next day- and after holding the phone couple of times for more than 36 minutes- their customer service team told me they will not refund my delivery charge and I have to return to their shop. Such a poor service and waste of my time. Now I will have to waste time again to take the product to their shop for getting my money back which they have charged me additionally. I felt like they really do not care about customer service- all they care is selling their goods- after that what happens none of their concern
Poor quality didnt last more than 2 days fell down as polls bent in the wind
